Scalpel

The Scalpel is Cannondale's full-suspension XC race platform, updated in 2024 to 120mm of travel front and rear with longer, slacker geometry for more capability on technical terrain. It uses FlexPivot chainstay suspension, Proportional Response size-specific tuning and the signature single-sided Lefty Ocho fork on most builds. Reviewers praise it as a fast climber that's far more fun and capable than a typical XC bike.
