Synapse
The latest Synapse is Cannondale's do-it-all endurance road bike, with a lightweight aero-tuned carbon frame, generous tire clearance (measured 42mm, up to 48c) and tuned compliance for long, fast rides on real-world roads. It borrows the Delta Steerer from the SuperSix EVO and frame-flex tech from the SuperX, and integrates Gen-2 SmartSense lighting/radar and a downtube StashPort. It was named BikeRadar's 2025 Road Bike of the Year.
